Seated dinners of 33–50 add a flat $750 grand-table setting; House standing receptions add a flat $1,250 terrace cocktail setting. 22% service and 7.75% CA sales tax are added at invoice.

Newport is kind to us most of the year. If weather ever threatens a terrace evening, we work it out with you directly — the Salon sits fully indoors, and we'd rather find the right answer for your date than quote a one-size-fits-all policy.
Simply. You receive a line-item proposal — every dollar visible before you commit. A deposit reserves the date, and all payments arrive as Toast invoices paid securely by credit card, with clean documentation for your finance team. Final menus and guest counts are due 14 days before the event.
As early as you can. December books in September and October, summer rehearsal dinners book winter through spring, and weeknights hold the most flexibility. Inquire any time — you'll have a line-item proposal within one business day.
